Have you ever done sushi? Sushi is healthy Japan Fast Food, but here is the way how to make it even healthier! I remember when I was doing it for the first time I imagined, that it will be so hard to make them... But it actually is a lot of fun! And in this video Megan Elizabeth shows us how to make raw sushi with papaya, enjoy!
The other recipe, simple sushi with avocado, cucumber and red pepper:
For rice:
• 2 cups of Cauliflower
• 1 cup of Cashews
• 1 garlic clove (optional)
• 1 spoon of vegetable oil
For sushi you can use carrots, zucchini, cucumbers, red pepper, tomato and some other vegetables you like. Be creative!
Instructions:
1. Blend Cauliflower with Cashews, garlic and olive oil, until they look like rice.
2. More than half of the nori sheet cover with "rice" mass. The shiny side should remain in the bottom, the ingredients are placed on the rough side of nori.
3. Add your vegetables. You can cut them into long pieces or make noodles.
4. Tip your fingers into water and run it along the part of the nori, that is farthest away from you.
5. Roll it with your hands or use special mat.
This could be amazing exotic and healthy dinner for your family! Or romantic evening... :)
